What was the task?

To design and build an energy-conscious residential building.

What made this project special?

Energy-efficiency and the highest aesthetic demands were the most important considerations during the design process, and we enjoyed every minute of it. Air-to-water heat pumps are used for heating and cooling the building, fresh air is supplied through a central ventilation system, while energy is produced by solar panels. The end result is a cutting-edge building that actually generates more energy than it consumes. The most exciting challenge? Hiding the solar panels away on the roof so they don’t ruin the overall look of the façade.
