What was the task?

To rebuild and modernize a classic mansion while keeping its original façade and style. Plus, another floor and a three-storey wing have been added to the building.

 

What made the project special?

The engineering and logistical challenges. We wanted to preserve the original atmosphere of the building. This was a tricky task because certain parts of the house were almost impossible to access. Also, our clients were living in the building the entire time so it had to remain fully functional, regardless of the construction works. We had to come up with quite a few creative solutions, which made the project extremely exciting.
