1.     Purposes of data processing (under Article 5 paragraph (1) point b) of GDPR)

 

The Data Controller may process data – in accordance with the laws – under the purposes written below:

  • under the purpose of providing general design and construction, responsible technical management, consultancy services of family houses and smaller apartment houses

  • under the purpose of fulfilling the orders of the partners,

  • under the purpose of handling the data of the contact persons of the partners,

  • under the purpose of keeping up the customer relationship,

  • under the purpose of processing the data of the employees,

  • under the purpose of issuing the invoices by the accounting laws.

 

2.    Lawfulness of processing (under Article 6 of GDPR)

 

Processing your personal data becomes legitimate by fulfilling one of the claims below:

  • fulfilling the orders of the partners: ,

  • handling the data of the contact persons of the partners:  under Article 6 paragraph (1) point b) of GDPR,

  • keeping up the customer relationship: under Article 6 paragraph (1) point a) of GDPR,

  • issuing the invoices by the accounting laws: under Article 6 paragraph (1) point c) of GDPR.

 

3.    Period of data storage (under Article 13 paragraph (2) point a) of GDPR)

 

  • retention time of the invoices and documents which serve as a basis of invoices: 8 years,

  • retention time of the documents which are the basis of the employment relationship: 50 years,

  • retention time of the contact details: max. 1 year after the business relationship ends,

  • retention time of data connects to the performance of a contract: 5 years.

 

4.    Rights of the concerned person (under Article 13 paragraph (2) point b) and c) of GDPR)

 

In connection with their personal data, the concerned people have rights under the GDPR:
