What makes the homes we build so special?

The people we build them for.

We start each and every project by mapping out our clients’ needs and then coming up with the design concept together. This idea will become an integral part of each and every step of the way, right up to the last brush stroke. We don’t really work for clients. We work with them hand in hand and make sure that we deliver on everything we promised to the highest possible standard. Why is this important? Because we’re not in the business of building houses. We build homes.

We're a team of ten who have been designing and constructing residential buildings for more than twenty years. This experience is something we can rely on, and so can our clients: from choosing the right site to picking out furniture, we do everything with the utmost care and expert support. Trust is essential for us, too. This is why we’ve teamed up with tried and tested contractors and suppliers over the years, for everything from security solutions to custom window manufacturing.

What else can you count on? Our vision, which has been our guiding principle in everything we do since we started our business. We believe that a building never exists in isolation but rather as an inseparable, living and breathing part of its environment. This is why we do our best to make our clients’ dreams come true and, in doing so, create houses that are not only beautiful and comfortable but are also in absolute harmony with everything that surrounds them.

Háromszék’s founder and architect, László Szűcs, started off his career at construction firms but it wasn’t long until he felt it was time for him to follow his own path. He's always believed that a building must be designed to fit its surroundings, and never the other way round. He adores nature so it probably won’t come as a surprise that preserving the environment is a key element of every design process. Lately he's been experimenting with more and more planet-friendly and cost-effective solutions, and he was one of the first architects in Hungary to use Solarwatt Easy-in Black solar panels, the most advanced technology available on the market.

László strives to strike a balance in everything, be it between current trends and traditional values or between style and practicality. His favourite architectural era is the turn of the 20th century, especially the works of Miklós Ybl, but he also likes to come up with modern designs. He enjoys playing with lights and loves bright, refined interior spaces, louvres and enormous glass surfaces. He sees his clients as future inhabitants first and customers second. He’s committed to build custom-made, lasting homes with them and for them, where beauty as an experience fills every corner.
